Credentials
Jeffrey S. Hallett, M.D. specializes
in providing personalized, comprehensive care for adults and children suffering
from allergies, asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis and other respiratory problems.
Dr. Hallett is a native of West
Virginia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from West Virginia
University. He received his medical degree from the West Virginia University
School of Medicine in 1978. Dr. Hallett completed both his Pediatric Residency
and
his Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Fellowship at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center
in San Antonio, Texas. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics
and the American Board of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
From 1983 to 1987, Dr. Hallett served
as the Chief of the Allergy & Immunology Service at the Scott AFB USAF
Regional Medical Center in Illinois. In July of 1987, Dr. Hallett entered private
medical practice in Georgetown and he continues to practice today in Round Rock.
Dr. Hallett is on staff at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center. He is a Fellow
of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, the American Academy
of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and serves on the Diagnostics and Immunotherapy
Committees for both the Academy and the College. He is also a member of the Texas Medical Association
and the Travis County Medical Society.
In addition to his private practice,
Dr. Hallett lectures both nationally and internationally on topics including
Allergy and Immunology, Asthma, Subcutaneous Immunotherapy (allergy injections),
Sublingual Immunotherapy (oral allergy drops), and Allergy and Asthma Practice
Standards.
Dr. Hallett is married with one
daughter.
